Traffic is moving on wet roads with reduced visibility in some areas. Drivers are advised to drive carefully and obey traffic rules.
On the road Cetinje-Podgorica, in the village of Kruševo ždrijelo, there will be a traffic suspension from 5:20 PM to 8:30 PM due to a protest.
On November 9, 2025, from 10:15 AM to 3:30 PM, a total traffic suspension is approved for the sports event NLB Podgorica Millennium Run on the highway M-10 section Podgorica - Cetinje on Bulevar 21.maj. During these suspensions, participants in traffic are advised to use alternative routes.
On the regional road R-10 Đurđevića Tara - Mojkovac, in the village of Sokolovina, there is a total traffic suspension for all types of vehicles due to rockfall as part of the critical point Sokolovina remediation.
Until November 31, 2025, a change in traffic flow from two-way to alternating traffic flow is approved at the construction sites, as well as occasional total traffic suspensions not exceeding 30 minutes due to the reconstruction of the highway M-2 at the locations Lepenac-Ribarevina, Ribarevina-Poda, and Poda-Berane.
The reconstruction of the regional road R-29 Bar-Kamenički most-Krute is ongoing, causing traffic suspensions for all types of vehicles from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Due to construction works on the Petnjica-Bioča road, a change in traffic flow from two-way to alternating traffic flow at the construction sites is approved, as well as occasional total traffic suspensions not exceeding 60 minutes. Traffic suspensions not exceeding 60 minutes cannot be applied on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Until November 22, 2025, a change in traffic flow from two-way to alternating traffic flow is approved for the repair of the Kruče bridge on the highway M-1 section Bar-Ulcinj.
On the highway M-3 section Plužine - Jasenovo Polje, at the location Zaborje - Jasenovo Polje, traffic is flowing alternately in one lane at the construction sites and is regulated by traffic lights.
Due to construction works on the boulevard, traffic will be suspended on Vojislavljevića Street in Podgorica from June 3, 2025. Traffic will be diverted to alternative routes in accordance with the placed traffic signs.
Approval is granted for a change in traffic regime from two-way to alternating traffic flow between 08:00 and 17:00 from 07.11.2025 to 22.11.2025 due to the investment resurfacing of the M-2 asphalt pavement on state roads in Section "Podgorica" phase II, on the highway M-2 section Petrovac - Podgorica.
Approval is granted for a change in traffic regime from two-way to alternating traffic flow due to the reconstruction works on the access roads to the Djurdjevica Tara Bridge.

Due to regular maintenance works on the "Princess Ksenija" highway starting from 15.10.2025, partial closure of one traffic lane along the highway route towards Mateševo-Smokovac will be carried out. Extra caution and adherence to the traffic signs are necessary.
Due to the construction works, there will be a change in the traffic regime, with traffic between the Petrovac-Virpazar (Podgorica) intersection and the Sutomore (Bar) - Petrovac intersection from 15.10.2025 to 30.12.2025 being alternately allowed with appropriate temporary traffic signs. The works include repairing the guardrails along the entire route and cleaning the channels in the Sozina and Raš tunnels.
Due to the filming of the feature film "Battle of the Motors," traffic regime changes will occur on the following road sections:
- On 10.11.2025 on the regional road R-1 section Krstac-Trojica from 05:00 to 19:00, traffic closure with vehicle passage every 2 hours (120 minutes),
- On 14th, 15th, and 16th November 2025 on the regional road R-23 section Bogetići-Glava Zete from 05:00 to 19:00, total traffic suspension,
